Custom Inducible Stable Cell Line Generation Service
Developing stable cell line models often involves hurdles like low transfection efficiency, lengthy timelines, labor-intensive processes, and genetic variability. These challenges can affect consistency and reliability, impacting research outcomes.
At TME Scientific, we provide advanced services for generating stable cell line models tailored to your research needs. Whether for inducible and tunable transgene expression, gene knockout/knockin, gene regulation, or other genome editing techniques, our streamlined workflow ensures fast turnaround times and high-quality results.
What We Offer:
Inducible Stable Cell Line Models
Precisely control gene expression with our customizable inducible stable cell lines. Ideal for drug discovery, functional genomics, and protein production, they ensure minimal basal expression and robust activation for reliable, flexible research.
CRISPR Stable Knockout/Knockin Models
Precisely edit genes for functional studies with stable knockout or knockin models, enabling consistent and reliable research in genetics and cell biology.
CRISPRa/i Cell Line Models
Facilitate targeted gene activation or suppression without altering DNA, ideal for studying gene function and regulatory pathways.

Required Materials →
To initiate your project, please provide:
1. Cells: At least 2 × 10⁶ cells per line along with the passage number (frozen or live, mycoplasma-negative).
2. Media: Components for complete medium preparation, with instructions.
3. Specialty Flasks: Coated 6-well plates (≥5) and T25 flasks (≥10), if applicable.
4. Cell Morphology Image: An image of the cells’ morphology prior to shipment. TME will confirm the cell morphology upon receipt of cells.
5. Transgene Expression Analysis Preferences: RT-PCR is standard; specify alternatives if needed.
Choosing Your Cells →
We readily offer common cell lines:
HEK293 A549 PC-3 HeLa MCF-7
If your desired cell line is not listed, you have two options:
1. Provide Your Own Cell Line:
Ship the cells to us as per the requirements in the Required Materials section.
2. Request Us to Source the Cell Line:
We can purchase the cell line for you. The cost of the cell line will be added to your order.
